Recently I recieved info from SSA with full name of Luncy D. Kirksey and his wife's Minerva's name as well. Luncy was called "Bib" but jknon also as L.D. His full name is: Lunson Dunbiben Kirksey, or sometimes spelled Linsin Dunbibbin. His wife Minerva was a redhead whose maiden name is: Minerva Caldonia Greer. She also is listed as Minervia Caldonia Greer. It is believed she was born in MS, but the validity of this is not known. All of their children are now known to have been born in Texas, so they had to have been in TX by at least 1892 when Mary B. was born. John Bolden Kirksey was known to have been born in Grosbeck, Limestone County TX. Ben was thought to have been born in MS, but SSA info states he was born in Itaska, Hill County TX. Lunson Dunbiben Kirksey also had a brother named Gardnerwho was a Judge in Grapeland TX. Lunson named his eldest son after Gardner. If anyone has these individuals in their line please contact me. Snail mail remains the same but email now is: carlkirksey1@home.com
