Dear La Nere,
Thanks for contacting me -- I know we have talked before and I could not remember much about Rhoda Sherman's mother; but I was digging in some stuff last night and actually have found something that may help you. I came across my oldest brother's (Kenneth) Baby Book and in it, my mother had written down Great Grandmother Sarah Ellen Collins Williams and Great Grandfather Steve T. Williams. I don't know if this will help you or not, but I did want to let you know I did find this last night. Kenneth called me yesterday afternoon to tell me he and his wife Kaye were in Huntington, West Virginia on a "road trip" and did I remember anything about where our family was from. I told him it would have helped if he had given me a little bit of a heads up, and told him all I could really remember was Blackwater Falls and some tiny little mining town in the mountains that we had been to before, as well as a log cabin somewhere (the log cabin was falling down when we were there and that had to have been around 1960 (I actually have a square nail that my dad removed from the old cabin that my mother had saved all these years -- I had forgotten about it until I found it in some of her stuff recently. Hopefully some of our relatives will respond to me and help me with this information. I also found that there is a Kisamore cemetery around Harman, but I haven't been able to locate any information about it so far.
