I've been doing genealogy for over 30 years - if there is anything I can look up for you on your Kisamore line I will be glad to help you.

The only "Collins" that I have found who I think could possibly be the father of Sarah Ellen is Isiah Collins who was born about 1836 in Indiana and lived in Cooke & Montaque counties at different times. The "Williams" were also from Indiana & Illinois and lived in those 2 same places in Texas. In fact on Stephen Williams' obit it states he had moved to Mason County from Cooke County. I looked at the 1870 census for Isiah and he did have a daughter named Sarah - however according to that census she was about 4 years older than Stephen, I know that is still possible that they married even with that age difference on the part of the woman.

I believe this family is a strong possibility.
