Can anyone tell me where David Kise b. 1777, and husband of Rebecca Comstock came from originally? He and his wife would be my granddaughter's 5th gr-grandparents. Her line reads: (1)David Kise b. 1777, his son (2)Commodore Chancey Kise b. 1816, his son (3)Thomas B. Kise b. 1843, his son (4)Ulysses S. Kise b. 1875, his son (4)Posey Kise b. 1921, his son (5)Larry Keith Kise b. 1947, and then (6)her mother b. 1964. Does anyone know what other state this Kise line may have originated in before coming to Lawrence Co., Kentucky? Son(4)Ulysses S. Kise came to Delaware Co., Ohio, and raised his family. What nationality were they, does anyone know? Would love to hear some stories about these families.
Thank you for reading. Sandy
