My grandfather and his two brothers were on 1881 census at Isle Abbotts quite near Ilminster. The two brothers were not on 1901 census but I found both on Welsh census at Canton, Glamorgan with their Ilminster wives and the elder had both young Ilminster and Welsh children. No names tie up with the ones you gave but connection seems likely. Contact if you wish to pursue.
