Hi Cousin,
I can assure you Fred Kitch was not a cherokee indian. His father died when he was very young (and he was born in PA., with no indian blood), and he had several step fathers; Oliver Hollenbeck became his father when he was less than 1 year old - I have the marriage record, but no census record or where he was born, so he might have been an indian - John Roche became his father when he was about 3 years old and he was from Canada, so that might be the father who was an indian.

Cecil apparently was married twice; the years you mentioned for his children fit very nicely for the second marriage to Eddie Christain. The children from his first marriage appear to have all been in the Yellville, Arkansas area.
