I descend from John Kitchen who was born c.1820 in Ancaster. I would think it quite likely that my John and yours were first cousins. If this is true then they would of course both share the same paternal grandparents who were Henry Kithen, Sr. B. Feb 1, 1850 in Amwell, Hunterdon,NJ D. Sept. 22, 1822 in Ancaster and his wife Rachel Hixon B.Mar.11,1756 probably in Amwell and D. Mar. 20 1819 in Ancaster. Her tombstone is the oldest in Zion Hill Cemetary which probably started out as the Kitchen family cemetary.
