Henry B. Kitchen and Mary Drake

I traced Jonathan Kitchen born in Ancaster,Wentworth Co. Ontario in 1824to 1827 via his death certificate when he passed in Nottawasaga Tsp. Simcoe County, Ontario in 1911.
The form gave me his parents names...... I found a Henry B. Kitchen and Mary Drake part family trees where I could see him listed and the Ethnic orign - German and Religion -Closed Communion Baptist was also noted.... Jonathan also listed himself the same way.
My problem is that there are 2 Henry Kitchen's and both wives are Mary Drake. Both families lived in Ancaster and both men died in Middleton, Norfolk Co. Ontario about the same time.. One family has 11 children and the other 8 children but the children's names seem to match.......
One family trace their Henry B. back to Andrew Kitchen and wife Hannah Thatcher and the other tree says Henry's parents are Joseph Kitchen and Jane Howell. One tree has Henry born in Canada and the othe born in the U.S.
Can anyone help me with figuring this out or can anyone suggest books or other sources where I can locate the correct information. I know there is also some connection to the Jerseyville Baptist church.... I found one sourch that mentioned that Henry B. and wife Mary are buried there but I can't find a stone to confirm that.
