Yep, I see the problem with the birth dates.Is it possible that William H b:1824 could be the brother of Silas B. b:1816.a posting by Virgina Holmes on April 23, 1998 gives details on a William Kittle who was wounded at Coal Harbour Va on June 6th, 1864.He was 19 and Silas Kittle was listed as his father.He was from Elm Grove WV.He apparently lived, moved to Kansas with his brother Stacy and died 2-1-1898.Were there two William Kittle's in the Civil War?Do you have any further information on the William Samuel Kittle who died of wound in the American Revolution?
