Hi Gail. Thank you for your interest. I am new at posting messages as well as genealogy. My father is Ellsworth Kiser. On his death certificate, Fred H. Kiser is listed as his father. I remember Fred and (my grandmother? Nell Blackwood Kiser). Fred had 3 wives and I do not know how many other ladies. My father was born in 1915, yet Nell did not file a delayed birth certificate until 1943ish. Fred was married when my father was born to Bessie Trengove Kiser until 1927. Anyway, Fred's parents, as listed on his Certificate of Death are Isaac H. Kiser of Indiana and Annie A. Hall of Nebraska. Isaac & Annie both appear on the 1900 & the 1910 Census as husband & wife. They are buried side by side in Rose City Cemetery, Oregon. Isaac's death certificate (informant is Fred H. Kiser) lists John Kiser of New York and Sarah Morehouse of New Jersey as his parents. I hope I have not gotten carried away with the information. My whole family tree is actually based on Sarah Morehouse.
