Hi Sandy,

I found a Fred H. Kiser in the 1920 census in Portland, Multnomah County, OR, born in 1880 in Nebraska, married to Bessie C. There were 3 kids listed in 1920:
Lewis C age 14,
Lucille age 11
Laurine age 7
and the mother of Fred, Anna A, age 66, born in IL.
Fred was a "senior photographer" who worked in his own studio.

I did not see Fred in the 1900, 1910 or 1930 census (but I might have missed him) also could not find Ellsworth Kiser in 1920 or 1930 census. I looked for Nell Blackwood in the 1920 census and could not find her. Looks like it will be difficult to trace them in the census records. Hope this helps!
