I now have the info to link the Kizers of Wapella Co., IA to
Phillip and Rhoda Kizer who married in Clinton Co., OH in 1820. Phillip Israel Kizer was a son of Phillip A. and Sarah
Wallace Kizer who married in Clinton Co.,IN in 1853, and settled in Cloud Co.,KS. Phillip A. was a son of Phillip and Rhoda Kizer. The wife of Phillip was Nellie Aletha.
