Jacob Kizer, War 1812, OH

Jacob Kizer is listed on "Roster of OH soldiers in War of 1812" page 29 in the Marcus Hooke Chapter, Penn. Archives, Series 6, Vol III, List of Men on the Roll of Capt. John Harrison't Co. July 31/Aug 14, 1813.

Jacob is also listed in the 1st Regiment (Andrews) Ohio Malitia; and 1st Regiment (Gano's) Ohio Volunteers. Since the Jacob Kizer (b. 10 Aug 1787) I am researching was on the 1810 Tax List of Columbia, Hamilton Co.,OH,I am wondering if any of these Regiments were from this area?

Anyone who has already located their Jacob in the War of 1812? Anyone who is familiar with military history? Help would be appreciated.
