I'm pretty sure that I'm researching the same ancestry as you. My grandfather was named John Coleman Stewart and I have an ancestor named Jesse Coleman from the Tupelo area (which is close to Nettleton in Lee co.). I also found out that my great-grandmother (maiden name Myrtle Kizziah) had an uncle with the last name Wren. Myrtle is JCS's mother.

I just discovered in the Lee Co. census (1917-18) the name Murrel Feemster Kizziah. listed DOB is 1/15/1895, near Nettleton MS. This person registered in Lee, MS. There were also two men from Lauderdale Co. (John Thomas and Marshall Chester) with the last name Kizziah, if you are interested.

If you have any more info about the Kizziah's that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
