Kristen -- I have no information to tie your folks into anyone that I currently have documented. Do you possibly know the name of Howard's father and approx. birthdates. There were several Kizziahs in the Tuscaloosa area that may not tie in to the Blyd-Kizziah ancestral line. Also, those born before 1850 are a problem if they were not documented as to who there parents were. All one has are the locations of the folks on the 1850 census with no relationship available. I am not a Kizziah researcher per se, but just trying to document the common ancestry that ties back to Robert Boyd, Veteran of the War of 1812, and his children - one of whom I descend from. --Regards, Jim.
