I has only been in the last couple of months that I found out that Louisa married Nimrod Phillips. I didn't know anything about the other two, I have very little information on her. From the 1860 census we know that Louisa was b. in abt. 1818 in Alabama Madison County according to my information. Her brothe my ancester was married in 1841 in Lincoln Co. Tennessee and they were in Ellis Co. Texas by 1851. Temporance (Moore) Burks married 2nd Alexander Forbes and they had more children they were in Madison Co. Alabama in 1836 and in Lincoln Co. Tennessee by 1841. William Pugh Kizziar was b. in 1841 in Arkansas (this is where the Kizziars went) Where I think I am going is that if Louisa married a ----- James then it must have been in Alabama because there is no mention of it in the Lincoln Co. Tennessee records. It was probably between 1835 and 1837. I have looked at much of what is available in Madison Co. Alabama and have not found anything for Louisa Burks to anyone but that does not mean that it is not out there some where. Guy
