Klahr, Pennsylvania

Does anyone know who the founders of Klahr, Bedford County and Klahr, Blair County, Pennsylvania were. Could they have been a descendant of Johann Jacob Klahr. Descendants of Balthasar Clar's son Johann Jakob Clar settled in the area, surname of Claar. Klahr name has been spelled different ways ( Clawr, Glarr, Klar, Klarr, Klare, Klaur, Klaar ), is it possible that if descendants of Jacob Klahr were founders of Klar, Pennsylvania and descendants of Jakob Clar knew they were family.

Even though Simon Clar son of Jakob Clar who arrived in 1740 was eight when his parents died on board the Ship Samuel and Jacob Klahr arrived in 1752.
