I have an original Cabinet Card photograph of “Kirksey Klahr”, taken at his christening, which I’d like to get back to descendants or family members. Photo was taken in “Tulsa, I.T.” (Indian Territory), and he looks to be about 18 months old.
I found Kirksey in the 1920 census for Dawson (Tulsa Co.) OK, age 15, son of Harry Klahr (age 55) and wife Emma (53), with his brother, Glenn E. (19). OneWorldTree shows Harold Kirksey Klahr was born 3 May 1904 in Owasso, Indian Territory, and that his parents were Harry Klahr and Emma Wyckoff. He married 7 Sep 1926 in Tulsa, OK to Hazel Bernice Endsley, born in Arkansas in 1909.
