Kleber ancestry

I read with interest all the various messages from Kleber descendants. I have looked, off and on, for many years just where my great ggrandfather came from. His name was Louis William Kleber. One of his sons was William Louis Jr.( makes me think the former's name is reversed). He came to America in the early 1850's. Met and married Louise Wilhelmina Lange, probably in Buffalo. She was from Weissenfels, near Leipzig, in Saxon, Prussia.
Louis and Louise migrated to Nebraska, from Buffalo, in 1856. There chidren were Emma, August, Albert, Frederick, Julius, and William Jr.(these names are the same as several other Klebers). Many of the German settlers in Bufalo came from Darmstadt area. Many of the Germans, in the Nebraska town where they lived, also came from Darmstadt. but, I can find no records as to where my Ggrandfather came from.
You Klebers may have some information for me. My second cousin ( 93 yrs old) said that he is 1/4 French. I believe that my Klebers came from the Alsace area. Please help me, if you can. Many thanks for any response.
