Dear Robert,
my family always told me,that we related to Jean-Baptiste Kleber. My Grandpa, Fritz Kleber, told to me, we had documents about the family Kleber. But the documents was lost at the second war. My information about J.-B. Kleber are:
His father was Jean-Nicolas Kleber(Johann-Nikolaus Kleber??)
and his mother Regina Burgert. Jean-Nicolas Kleber died in the year of 1756. He was emigrated from Westprussia to Straßbourg, France. These are information from the french Centre Départemental d´Histoire des Familles.
My family lived in Westprussia, today Poland. After the second war,in the year of 1958, they went to Westgermany. These are my ancestor:
grandpa: Fritz Kleber *01.04.1903
gr.gr.pa: Friedrich Kleber * o2.11.1875
gr.gr.gr.pa Ferdinand Kleber * unknow
The german evgl.church reg. can´t find another documents about my family.Have you any information for me?
Please excuse my bad english. I hope, you can give me a little help. It´s not so easy to find information about my family.

Manuela Holz
