Kleinhans is a very common name in Germany. Since Im doing family search as well, it is very interesting for me to hear about this Kleinhans-Clenance name translation.
I found that in US some Kleinhans changes to Klinehans ..., but Ive never heard about Clenance.
But you might be right. Clenance in english sounds like Kleinhans in german.
If you did family search for Clenance, please give me a message.
