Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Pomerania and Silesia are near one another. There is a possibility of a connection. My Kliems are descended from Adolph who came over around 1850, landing in New Orleans. He settled in Nashville, TN with a brother Edward. As I stated before, I can find no connection with the group in Texas. Adolph's father could be a brother or cousin of your group. If you wish, you can send your e-mail address, or snail mail address, and we can keep in touch direct. My e-mail address is anchorman1@msn.com.
