This is the second time I am trying to post this PS to my first message tonight!
The 1821 date after Sarah henderson Irby was their wedding date, not her birthdate, so she could be the missing mother.
Also, I tend to agree with you that Henrietta is John, Jr's wife since she was not a part of the family in the 1850 census I sent tonight.
