Hi Faye:

Where in Russia were your Klingenberg's from??? I ask this as many Klingenberg's are showing up in one Lutheran Parish I am researching in!!! The Klingenberg's are living in a Mennonite village. To explain many Mennonite records are shown in this Lutheran Parish reason not sure as I am not a Mennonite researcher. But I think during a certain time frame many Mennonites broke away from the Mennonite ways or another reason some married a Lutheran this would also explain why they show up in this Parish.

Do you have the names of at least one Klingenberg or more having children in the 1870's-1885??? I may have them wrote down!!! If not it is at least worth checking out.
