I do not know if we are related, but the surname is uncommon. My ancestors came to the U.S. in 1876 from Russia. They were Mennonite German colonists in Russia. There were 4 brothers and a sister who lived in Kansas, Nebraska, Minnesota, Colorado and eventually California, when my father moved here with his parents at one year old. I hope that we find a common link. Faye
