Hello again Uwe,
I should tell you that although I am writing to you under "Re: Klingenbergs of Southern Illinois", I live in California, USA. My family lived in Germany, moved to Russia, and came to the United States of America in 1876. They lived in Kansas, Minnesota, Colorado, and now California. I went to Europe for the first time in 1995. I stayed in Berlin so I could visit Hamburg, and I also went to the town of Klingenberg, between Frankfurt and Miltenberg. It has a very old castle in ruins. I wanted to visit Klingenberg, near Dresden, and maybe not far from you, but I ran out of time and had to return home. What can you tell me about Klingenberg in Saxony?
