Hello Renee,
I don't know were you got your information from but the Klix family was never a von Klix while in germany. The name originated in france and then endet up in Pommern and from there went to the US and to germany, but you are right in one shape ore anothere we are all related.
I have a Question for you though. I was told by my Father that two of his grnadfatheres Brotheres imigrated to the US before world war 1. And I have been looking for them ever since. I have no names as of jet. If my info is correct then my grandfather had 11 Brothers and Sister and his father's name was Ferdinant KLIX. I have not found his brotheres names jet but if you have anymore information on where your Klix family came from let me know.
Thank you in advance.
Carmen
