My grandmother was a KLUENDER (also spelled KLINDER in Am. at a later date.) My grandmother , Bertha, was daughter of :
Ferdinand Carl Henry KLUENDER (spouse; Caroline Zusie)they came to America in 1882. Ferdinand was born 8 Oct 1842 at Griefenhagen/Graefenhagen?, Prussia? Pomern?

Family came to Am. in 1882 to Minnesota, Blue Earth Co. town of Minnesota Lake.

Ferdinand helped his brother, Carl A. KLUENDER ( July 6, 1848) and spouse Johanna Groth, come to Am. in April of 1894.

Their parents were; David and Ernestina (Sell) Kluender
Both families continued to live in the Minnesota Lake , MN area for the rest of their lives.
