Hello Larry,

My Great grandfather was from Ulm, Germany, (born 1870?). He migrated here in the late 1800's and settled in Manhanttan, NY.

I have also visited the Black Forest region of Germany and noted there are many Klumpps in this area.

Are you still in the Hudson River Valley area? We are in Orange county.
