My g.g. grandmother was Fredrica Galt. Her mother was a Glump or Klumpp. Wondering if the name was changed. I don't know the name of Fredrica's mother, but she had 2 known brothers by the names of August and Sam Glump. They lived at Joliet IL in the mid 1800s. I have been unable to find information on them.
This is why I am wondering about a surname change. Maybe this is why I cannot find August, Sam and their sister.
I appreciate any help!
