Jerry: I think we have communicated some time before, but since it has been a while, I will tell you that the family of Philip Kneifl of Newcastle, Nebraska, has been traced back quite a few generations in Czechoslovakia. Ann Guenther has done a lot of this research, and has visited the ancestral homes in that country. Philip and parents, Jacob and Teresa, along with other members of the family, settled in the LaCrosse area before they moved to Nebraska. We have connections there and a fair amount of information about the Kneifls there. If I can help, let me know. I will also love to hear about your trip and what you found on it. Judy Schrader
