Thanks for your prompt reply. Yes I would love to keep in contact with both of you. I live in the Fort Worth, Texas area but was raised in Farmersville, Texas. The farm my grandparents lived on is about a mile from where I was born and raised. Grandfather had passed on a long time before I was born but I remember Grandmother Katie Bale Knighton who passed when I was quite young. My father was the 4th child of Alexander Warner Knighton Sr and Katie Bale Knighton. Five of the children of this marriage are buried in IOOF Cemetery Farmersville, Texas. I have several pieces of a picture of AWK, Sr. Quite handsome. He can also be found in McKinney, Texas as he was the owner of a store which has been redone but is still a store in McKinney, Texas. He was also the tax collector there at one time before becoming a full time farmer. This is a start in connecting information. Let's see what we can discover.
