It is my belief that the Knipe family mentioned is not related to the Knipp family from Wythe co, VA. There just is not genuine evidence to support the theory. My ggggreat grandfather, George Knipp was the son of an Adam Knipp. There were two Adam Knipps, I believe, in Wythe co. I have some homework to do in proving it but I now believe that these Adams were father and son, making the younger Adam my George's brother. With little records to go on, I don't have the proof I need but hope to someday know for sure. I do thank you for your reply.
