Flora Penwell of Hamilton, sued Alva Penwell for alimony, custody of the children and attorney fees. They were married July 4, 1906, at West Carrollton and have five children, 9 to 22 years of age. She says he remained away nights and on May 10 she found him in an automobile with another woman whose name she can give.

Alva Penwell, of Hamilton, was ordered Saturday by Common Pleas Judge E.J. Kautz to pay $5 a week alimony to his wife, Flora Penwell, for a period of seven weeks and $10 a week toward the support of a minor child until further orders of the court. Mrs. Penwell has a divorce suit pending.
