Sissie,
This is probably a "reach", but here's what I have for a Harold Knisley in my family that I have little about:

Harold and Howard (twins) were born in Lexington, Sanilac County, MI May 29, 1894. They had a sister, Hazel, born 1897 Deckerville, MI.
They were children of John S. Knisley. b. 1869 MI and Martha Yake b. 1864 Ontario, Can. John was son of Samuel Knisley and Ann Graham. Martha, (dau. of Adam Yake and Jane Long) who m. John on 20 Sept 1893 in Worth Twp, Sanilac, MI.

I have no marriage or death info for Harold or Howard, but my Great Aunt told me that they had been Policemen in Detroit at some point.

Hazel age 25 m. 12 Aug. 1922 Oscar Jeschke age 25 b. Detroit, s/o Edward Jeschke and Mary Mooch.

Since you had no dates shown for your Harold, it's difficult to rule out our Harold. Have you found anything new?
If I find anything else in my files, I'll get back to you.
Kathy Abbey
