Higginson has it for almost $80, which seems a lot of money to me for a book that has so many errors. You might try the Knowlton mailing list at Rootsweb where there are people who have the book and might be willing to provide the information you need. Be advised the Errata has errors as well--my Knowlton line was incorrect in both, and the errors were not minor.
