Regarding the Knowlton's Creamery logo, the man to the far left is Stephen Edward Knowlton (founder) and his 2 sons.

This logo was used on all the glass bottles and continued on to when milk was changed to the milk carton production line. When milk changed to plastic cartons, the sticky label maintained the tradition of the Knowlton men.
