Quit Claim Deed: John Knowlton to son Timothy

Has anyone ever looked for/found the quit claim deed as mentioned here? This Timothy is one of my 3 ancestral Timothys all in a row. Have been trying to track them with with not much luck; wondering if Timothy then sold his ppty at some time or did he deed it to one of his sons?

#16078 .......I, John Knowlton, Senr of Ipswich in the county of Essex in New England, Houswright, being aged in years..........

Item: I have already given to my son Timothy Knowlton his share & portion in my Estate and taken a quitt claim for the same, so that "....only now give him a share and part in my wearing apparrell & Carpenters tooles in case he shall surviue me.....

.......I haue sett my hand & seale this Twenty ninth Day of January anno Domi Seventeen hundred & thyrteen fourteen 1713/4.
Essex Ipswich Augt 24th 1728 the will was proved, approved and allowed.

{Son Timothy is the only son not named as one of the Executors; all but John refused to take part)
