Early Swiss Kobler

I'm looking for early Kobler info.
Frederich Schweickhardt (Swaggerty) supposedly married the daughter of a Swiss Physcian, either in Philadelpia or Lancaster County, Pa. about 1755. I'm checking the Kobler name as Frederick's daughter named her first son Kobler and the name is found no where in the family. We know the doctoring profession became common in the family as several of Frederick's children & grandchildren either became or married Doctors. So we believe there may be some truth to the family legend. Any ideas would help.
Thanks,
Todd
