Dear Anna,

I have a Jacob A. Koepke who was born to a Charles Koepke and Elizabeth Werner on May 11, 1871; he died on March 26, 1951 and is buried at Crownhill Cemetery, Amherst, Lorain County OH on March 30, 1951. He is listed as a widower in the 1910 OH Census for Amherst with five children: Joh, aged 18, Carl, aged 16, Albert, aged 14, Elizabeth, aged 11 and Paul aged 9. His wife Caroline was buried in Crownhill Cemetery with these dates: 1871-1909. Jacob is then listed in the 1920 and 1930 OH census for Amherst with his second wife, Lizzie or Elizabeth Hanley; they had in the 1930 OH Census for Amherst: Frank, aged 18, Luther, aged 14, Daniel, aged 12, Jacob Jr. aged 10, Caroline, aged 7 Lillian, aged 5, Elenore (sic) aged 3. An Amelia was born after the 1930 Census.

Hope this is of interest.

Karen Harris
