Great great grandfather: Charles Koepke, born 1860's. From Hamburg, Germany area. Came to the U.S. between 1900 and 1910 (when my great grandfather was 2 yrs. old). Died 1918 from blood poisoning following a surgical procedure.
Great great grandmother: Minnie Koepke (maiden name unknown)
Nine children: William, Ernest, Herbert, Harry, Ray (great grandfather), Walter, Marie,Caroline, and Minnie.
Residence: 809 West Hillsdale Lansing, MI

Great grandfather: Ray Kipke born btwn. 1900 and 1910 in Hamburg, Germany. Changed spelling of last name.Grew up in Lansing, MI. Attended Michigan State University and played on the football team. Taught calculus and coached football at Charlevoix High School in Michigan. Died 1992.
Great grandmother: Mable Turpin of Manestique, MI. Died 1984.
Three children: Nancy (grandmother), Amy, and Bennie.

I am in the search of more information regarding my family. Where do I look. What records can I obtain? Any suggestions?
