Searching for family data on John W. Koger, supposedly one of Capt. W. C. Quantrill's earliest-recruited raiders. Was a farmer in Jackson Co., Missouri prior to the War Between the States. Wounded in 1863 in battle at Baxter Springs, Kansas, & in 1864, with "Bloody" Bill Anderson at Centralia, Missouri. Any personal data appreciated. Did he survive the War?
