A historical marker will be dedicated at the Joseph Koger House on Sunday Dec. 7, 2003 at 2 PM.

The house is located near Grover, South Carolina and was sold by Joseph Koger III in 1838 to Chancellor James Carroll before moving to Noxubee Couny, Mississippi.

Grover, SC is in the western part of Dorchester County. US 15 passes through the center of Grover. One takes Wire Road west from US 15. The Koger-Carroll House is on the left just before Wire Road crosses I 95.
