I believe I have some information for you regarding your question about John Koger and his wife, Elizabeth. I have that John Koger was born January, 1745 in Augusta County, Virginia and died February 18,1835 in Patrick County, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Napier, who was born 1755 in Augusta County, Virginia. I don't know who her parents were. John and Elizabeth had two children: Joseph Koger, born 1770 and Elizabeth Koger born 1780 in Patrick County, Virginia and died 1850 in Overton County, Tennessee. Elizabeth Koger married James Turner November 2, 1801 in Patrick County, Virginia. James Turner, born April 23, 1778 d. about 1839 was the son of William and Jane Hunter Turner. James and Elizabeth Koger Turner had a son, John M. Turner. Are you descended from this line? I would like to correspond with you and learn more about your Koger connections.
