It's been so long since your posting, you may not get this. "The History of Henry County Virtinia," written by my great aunt, Judith Parks America Hill, published 1925, may be available thro interlibrary loan. I have 2 copies, one of the original and one I purchased from a Genealogical publisher in Baltimore, Md. I'll look it up if anyone's interested. It's $30.00. It covers a lot of history of the couonty and some 50 families of the area - Bassetts, Kogers, Matthews, Hills, Hairston, Craighead - all of whom are my relatives.
