Laurie,
I found your posting when I was searching for information about the John Kollar Slovak Society, 3226 Jane St., Pittsburgh, PA (Southside of Pittsburgh)412-431-2002. My grandfather, Joseph Javorsky, was a founding memeber circa 1900. I presume that Janos Kollar was an important Slovak back in Solvakia, but I don't have any information. I plan to contact the Kollar Club.

If you, or anyone else, has any information, please let me know or post a response.
