It's certainly possible the name got changed from Koller. However, the Coller/Collar name has been in the US since before the Revolution. Sometime you'll find both the -er and -ar spelling for the same person too. Is there an address on the card? The Collers I know (my husband's line) lived in PA, NJ, and Washington D.C. mostly.
