Hello,
My father is the "baby boy" you mention in your post. He was born James Edward Koon in Hopkinsville, Ky. After his parents died, he was adopted by Ira and Stella Withers in Cave City, Ky, and his name was changed to James David Withers. He died in Atlanta in 1982. I am one of his three sons and am very interested any information that you may have about my father's sisters and their families. I have begun researching the Koon family in the last few days, and have discovered some information that I would be happy to share with you. I look forward to hearing from you.
