Mrs. Gunter,

The only Lucy Koonce I show in my files is born in 1741, N.C. She is the daughter of George Koonce and Mary L'Earge. George is the son of Johan Christian Cunitz b:20 July 1675, Heidelburg, Germany. D: 23 Sep, 1711, N.C. in the Tuscarora Indian War. George was the sole survivor of Johan's family. His mother, brothers and sister were all killed while he was taken as a slave to the indians. Lucy is one one of his children but I have no further information on her.
