Rudolph & Randolph Hyer
Posted by: Judy Halley (ID *****5715) Date: May 24, 2005 at 09:32:44

My dad served in the Korean war...not sure what division, etc. He befriended a set of twins by the name of Rudolph & Randolph Hyer. At one time, he went home with them (which I think is Washington DC area) where they went to the Smithsonian and enjoyed spending time together.

My dad is very ill with cancer, and he has mentioned on several occasions, that he would like to "see those good 'ol boys again).

I have done the usual searching (switchboard, who where, etc) with no results...and have checked the SS death index where nothing was found either.

If anyone has any ideas of how to find these men..or if you know them...please let me know. It would be wonderful for my dad to finally get to see them again. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
